ALL THAT
IS SUSSEX

With its peaceful setting in the village of Graffham in the South Downs National Park, The Woodcote is a calming and luxurious escape, where everything we do is about creating the finest experience for our guests.

Our modern British menu champions local and seasonal ingredients sourced from the abundance of farms, fisheries, makers and foragers across West Sussex.

Our six rooms combine comfort with touches of indulgence, to ensure your stay with us is completely relaxing and rejuvenating. Whether you choose to rest with a good book, stroll the ancient lanes or explore the many nearby delights, our team is always on hand to look after you.

TASTE
SENSATION

Our menu is a celebration of local, seasonal produce, a unique and modern take on British ingredients, with simplicity at the core, and a focus on light, fresh and healthy dishes that are full of flavour and ingenuity.

Our farm-to-fork philosophy includes sourcing as much as we can from local suppliers: gamekeepers, farms, fisheries, cheesemakers and foragers, championing their produce and expertise throughout the year.

ANCIENT
WOODLAND, MEANDERING STREAMS

We are surrounded by rolling downs, ancient woodland and meandering streams, where walking trails curve across the landscape. We are beginning to make strong connections here, respecting the beauty and solitude, and encouraging our guests to do the same.

Our rooms are comfortable, luxurious and utterly peaceful. Whether you’re looking for a weekend away or a midweek escape (see below), our team will ensure you slow down with the natural quiet of our surroundings.

MIDWEEK
ESCAPES

Slip away to The Woodcote with our Spring midweek escape for two, which includes a welcome drink, dinner, bed and breakfast. It’s the same luxury Woodcote experience, but with an exceptional saving of over £100.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside for walking, and also close to many interesting places, such as Petworth House and Park, Goodwood and Cowdray, and the pretty towns of Midhurst and Arundel. The coast is just half an hour away.

Wednesday and Thursday nights, £295 per night for two.
